Swedish Massage - this modality, commonly referred to as Relaxation Massage, uses moderate to light touch to induce relaxation, reduce tension, relieve stress, and improve circulation.

Deep Tissue - this type of massage works the deeper layers of tissue and often targets specific taut or tight areas that need lengthening or releasing.

 

Sports Massage - Sports massage is the choice of the busy athlete who wants to reduce recovery time after a hard workout, reduce the likelihood of injury due to a heavy training schedule, or who wants to improve flexibility.

 

Event/Chair Massage - this type of massage is typically done onsite at a company or event. The client is clothed during the entire massage. The back, shoulders and neck can be easily accessed in chair massage.

RATES:

Swedish/Relaxation massage: $70/hour, $95 for 1.5 hours

Deep Tissue massage - $75/hour, $100 for 1.5 hours

Sports massage - $75/hour, $100 for 1.5 hours
